Do we need to already use AI?

No. The audit also maps informal usage (ChatGPT, copilots) to secure it. If there is nothing yet, we start from measurable business frictions.

How is this different from a pure compliance audit?

We cover data and risk, but the core is operational: process, HITL, allowlist, stack and ROI prioritization. For pure AI Act legal work, a specialized firm remains a good complement.

What happens after the audit?

You leave with the deliverables, no lock-in. You can execute in-house, with us (agent, automation, platform) or another vendor. Selection criteria are in the report.

Where does the engagement run?
